Amazfit Bip: no caller ID / phone number shown for incoming calls

Hi,
I have not yet succeeded in seeing a caller ID or phone number on my Amazfit Bip, when I receive an incoming phone call. I started in the original Mi Fit app, set the appropiate options and gave the necessary permissions. But it didn’t work, no matter what I tried. Next, I installed the Notify and Fitness app and deinstalled the Mi fit app. Everything in the Notify app seems to work properly, but unfortunately there is still neither a phone number nor a caller id when someone calls.

Does anyone have an idea what causes this?

    Hi,
    I am encountering the same issue. Followed the tutorial, app permissions enabled,excluded from the battery saver, enabled from the app to show caller id but still not sowing. I think that I have tried all, do you guys have any idea what could be the issue?
