Change workout type after workout and recalc calories

It would be nice to be able to fast-track an activity with the buttons on the bip and later in the app change the workout type to something different and recalculate calories consumption etc.
Consider this situation:
Im sitting in a rowing boat and want to track my workout. I dont have the phone with me (it would get wet), so i can't start rowing, so i switch on cycling tracking.
Later when im with my phone, i want to switch the workout type to rowing and calories consumption should be recalculated, based on heartrate ect.
Also, it would be nice to have a feature to not sync the data to google fit, until it is approve/changed to the proper type.
