Notification error (adding)

Hello,

I've imported my data from MI band and everything goes perfect but in the Apps tab I don't see some apps.

When I add those missing apps (Instagram, for example) it adds as a Personalization app so it is already added but I can't see.

If I save this new configuration it doesn't appear too... (I think I have 3 or 4 notifications for the same app XD).

There is some way to clear All App notifications configuration (without removing notify data)? (and add then again the apps)

Or edit some file that saves this information?

    Finally I remove all data losing step/heart/workout info... And now I can configure apps notifications
