Incoming calls not working with caller ID
If I check "display name" option on incoming calls tab, then I only get a missed call notification on my Mi band 3. Without "display name" it works fine. Official Mi Fit not installed, I have a custom rom with android 9 and it worked up until some 3 weeks ago. I tried reinstalling the app, checked all permissions...

Reinstalling firmware fixed it.
