Amazfit Verge Behavior Tagging?

Warren is my name.
It's the first time that I have an Amazfit device and I have the Amazfit Verge and got my mother the Amazfit Bip.
Although my question is relating to behavior tagging? How do I do the behavior tagging on the Verge please?
Secondly, my watch is connected to both the MiFit App and the Amazfit Watch app, which one should it be connected to please?
