You can disable it from main left menu -> amazfit menu settings

You need enable HIGH gps precision on phone and check notify app can access location (permission on settings) Ensure also notify app runs correctly on background and is not killed / freeze by phone

Yes usually one app do things better. Some mi fit versions drains lots of phone battery

Hi, notify app can't turn on do not disturb mode, because that option is even added on app. Please check something other like mi fit app

You can hide all features you don't need on notify app general settings. For example you can enable only workout tab to see only activities.

Currently Mi Band can monitor heart rate automatically (without an app connected) only during night time. During day time an app is required. This is due to mi band firmware limitation.
