Firmware update fails: Connect APP to update / 连接APP进行更新

If you were updating firmware and something goes wrong you may see "Connect APP to update" on your band screen.
To solve this kind of issue, you have to repeat the update procedure from begin:
1) update firmware
2) update resources
3) update font (choose Asiatics if Latin doesn't fix the error message)
4) update gps (if required)
Hint: try long press the watch button to force hard reset
If you see black screen entirely without any display response / text showed on screen, it means band is bricked and stopped working.
Updating Chinese/Cyrillic font unbricked my Amazfit BIP
It works for me.
It says connect for update but band is connected. What do I do?
