Bip: track skiing

It would be great if i could record my ski routes with gps and heart rate simply by pressing the button on the bip.
Maybe record as bicycle, sync to notify and fitness and then change the type from bicycle to ski, without loosing gps data and high resolution heart rate data.
A feature like this would be highly appreciated.
