How to fix time?

In France, we fell back on the night of October 27th to 28th.

Since, the phone and the bracelet are well on time, but the stats (of sleep for example) are not on the good time slots.

I woke up at 6:30 and the software returned 7:30.

This is strange because in Greece we also had this change and at my Notify the time is correct.
You may try these (if you haven't):

    • Exit the Notify app (main menu ->exit app) / and make sure Notify is also closed from the task manager.
    • Reboot the phone and then launch again Notify.
    • Try re-syncing last X days
    • On Sleep tab go to More Options and then Re-calculate data - there enter a 3-4 days interval to re-calculate
  • I have a similar issue.
    Since the move back to GMT all my activities have been an hour out when syncing to N&F, for example;

    Activity time - 9:00 - 10:00
    Mi Fit Sync - 9:00 - 10:00
    N&F Sync - 8:00 - 9:00

I have cleared the app down, I have uninstalled & cleaned & reinstalled, I have factory reset my BIP and the issue remains.

I only use N&F so I can sync to Strava but having all activities incorrectly reported causes issues.
Can we have a fix either manual or an update.

  • We just had the ridiculous time change in the US and mine was messing up too. I simply restarted the phone and the time started working correctly.

...but now it no longer syncs....

  • Not that this will necessarily fix other peoples issues but it should sort mine.

I have found a work around, just blundered across it, it's not great but seems to work.
I updated Notfiy & Fitness to v7.1.1 from within the app, and found this option.

Click on the + to find the options and then More Options
Under that there is a new feature called Time Offset

I have adjusted for my specific issue of 1 hour.
Some in house testing and all seems good.
Guess I'll have to wait until the next run to find out if it has fixed it properly.

    Hi there.
May I ask, how did you update to 7.1.1 ?
I'm not getting such prompt within the app...
Is it Notify & Fitness for Mi band or maybe for Amazfit ?

    Thanks, I've searched similar articles.
I guess I could contact the dev to make me a beta tester.

  • I am on ver 7.1.3 do you downgrade to 7.1.1?

Mine just started showing wrong time for sleep as well. 1 hour off. I hope it clears up when I go back home (Philippines). Just visiting the US and they still do the archaic daylight savings...

No, it was an upgrade from in the app, I notice that 7.1.3 is now showing as a New Version.

I'll leave that one for now until I have further tested against 7.1.1 as the update log doesn't show anything specifically related.
