Strava sync / data common issues
- Strava need external sync license only (not the PRO license)
- There is a free trial period of 24h to test this feature
- Only data visible on Notify will be exported to Strava. Be sure you can see map route or Strava sync may not work correctly.
If some data has not been synced correctly from band (or is missing), we suggest to re-sync old data from band
- Strava may recalculate some statistics (average pace, time, distance), so values can be little different compared to Notify
Error while syncing to Strava
1) You can't sync the same workout to Strava more than one time. So remove the old activity from Strava to resync it again.
2) Ensure all data is saved on Notify app (Distance, steps, heart, ...) If data is missing workout can't be exported to Strava
If you are using an Amazfit Bip, you can try resync the activity by removing it from Notify app and pressing ... icon inside "Sync Bip" button and choosing the initial date time of the activity
3) If you can't sync any workout to Strava, please try logout and signin back again to your Strava account. Open notify app general settings from main left menu, go on Advanced and press Reset all accounts
Already paired error -> Alternative solution:
- Delete the activity from strava
- Edit the start date time of activity on notify app and resync to Strava
Ensure also you have grant new privacy policies on your Strava account (open official Strava website)

Workout already exported, how can I fix that?
I already tried all steps above.
I have this problem only with ride from yesterday, today was good.
Is this a Strava problem?
Workout is NOT ON STRAVA, so I can't delete there.
Edit:
Uploading the tcx in Strava give me kind of the same message:
Workout TCX exporteren.tcx duplicate of an uploading activity (1612568103).
So problem is STRAVA.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
It means Strava is rejecting the activity because is already saved (on Strava)

I can only edit the hours and minutes in the time and seconds reset to 0. Any way to add a second or 2?
It's possible to automatically sync to Strava? Yes it works as a manual selection, I know ... TyL. Paolo
